DELIVERIES

UK Delivery : There is a P&P of £4.90 on all UK orders.

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
However, for all orders delivered in the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If some items are not in stock we may send your order in more than one package. We will only charge you one postage fee. If your item is out of stock, you will be informed via e-mail or phone. We will then advise if part of your order is being shipped and when we expect the remaining part of your order to be delivered.

International Delivery:

All orders to selected EU destinations are charged at a rate of £7.90. All other countries are charged according to prior quote.

Orders to most European countries normally arrive within 5-7 working days. However, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Deliveries to all other destinations can take up to 21 days. These delivery times are an approximate as the delivery is highly dependent on the efficiency of your local service provider.

If you are an international customer, you may be charged extra taxes due on goods brought into the country. Verlocke GmbH will not take responsibility for any actions undertaken by customs in your country.

GOODS ARE ALWAYS DISPATCHED IN GOOD FAITH, BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE PERFORMANCE OF THE ROYAL MAIL OR OTHER COURIER SERVICES.

Therefore, please do not arrange for appointments before you have received your order.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time with immediate refund given. Please send an email to: shop[at]verlocke.co.uk

RETURNS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE INTERESTS OF HYGIENE, ALL VERLOCKE! HAIR PIECES, BRUSHES, HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE EXCEMPT FROM EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

Other items: If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of your purchase if the item unopened, in new condition and fit for re-sale. Please note that we can only exchange or refund unopened packages of hair etc due to hygienic reason. All you need to do is to send us an email to shop[at]verlocke.co.uk to inform us that you would like to return, then simply return your purchase with the original invoice to:

LIABILITY

Our liability will always be limited to the value of goods supplied.
We can not be held liable for factors beyond our control, e.g. consultations, selection of hair, application of extensions, advice given by salons and clients that use our products.
